Opportunity Summary
23.5 Strategies is building a contractor bench of energy subject matter experts to provide targeted expertise for advisory projects across oil and gas, refining, downstream, renewable fuels, fuels marketing, logistics, power, infrastructure, policy, energy technology, and commercial operations.
Scope of Services
- Provide expert input for specific client projects.
- Review assumptions, commercial structures, market dynamics, and operating realities.
- Support diligence, market analysis, strategy, value creation, and opportunity assessment.
- Participate in expert calls, client workshops, or advisory sessions.
- Contribute technical or commercial expertise to written materials.
Contractor Qualifications
- Senior energy industry expertise.
- Ability to communicate clearly with executive, investor, and advisory audiences.
- Strong confidentiality and conflict-of-interest discipline.
