Western Gateway: Selected Asset Capacity Fact Sheet

This one page reference sheet sets out what has been disclosed as part of the Western Gateway joint venture and separates it from the operating infrastructure and refinery supply context around it. The three are presented as distinct sections so that connected assets are not read as contributed assets.

How the sheet is organized

Section A covers the disclosed joint venture assets and contributions. Existing asset contribution is limited to the disclosed Kinder Morgan SFPP East and West Line package, and the sponsor cash contributions are summarized in the header row: Phillips 66 at 49.9 percent, Kinder Morgan at 35.1 percent and HF Sinclair at 15.0 percent, against a 230 kb/d design and a 2029 target.

Section B covers connected operating infrastructure that is strategically relevant but was not disclosed as a Western Gateway contribution. These assets explain the installed network, the terminal scale and the adjacent corridors around the system.

Section C covers supply assets and strategic context that were not contributed to the joint venture. They appear only to indicate the scale and geography of the refinery supply pool behind the network.

Reading the numbers

Classification follows the August 11, 2026 FID disclosures and the dossier evidence register. Sections B and C provide operating and supply context and should not be read as Western Gateway asset contributions. Capacities are not additive.
