HOUSTON, Texas, August 26, 2026 – 23.5 Strategies, a Houston-based strategy, transaction, and execution advisory firm, today announced an expansion of its advisory platform, formalizing its capital partner practice and introducing the Operator Network, a pathway for experienced operators and functional specialists to join firm engagements as mandates require.
The capital partner practice serves investors, owners, and sponsors across operational and commercial diligence, acquisition support, and post-close value creation in energy, industrials, and adjacent real-economy markets. The firm provides strategic, operational, commercial, and transaction advisory services; it does not act as a broker-dealer, placement agent, or investment adviser.
“The firm's model is senior judgment that defines the strategy, capability assembled around the mandate, and engagement that continues through execution,” said Bryan Kaus, founder and principal of 23.5 Strategies. “The Operator Network makes the second element explicit. When a mandate calls for an integration lead, a commercial operator, or a functional specialist, the firm brings one.”
Capital partners may engage the firm through its inquiry process. Operators and senior advisors interested in the network may introduce themselves through the firm's careers page; introductions are reviewed directly by the firm.
