23.5 Strategies Introduces Strategic Conditions, a Quarterly Institutional Review

A standing research commitment: each quarter, the firm publishes its read of the market, operating, and capital conditions shaping consequential decisions.

HOUSTON, Texas, July 1, 2026 – 23.5 Strategies, a Houston-based strategy, transaction, and execution advisory firm, today introduced Strategic Conditions, the firm's quarterly institutional review, with publication of the inaugural edition covering the second quarter of 2026.

Each edition pairs an executive brief and a five-domain conditions dashboard with sector analysis across energy and infrastructure, chemicals and materials, industrials and supply chains, capital allocation, and leadership and execution, and closes with the strategic moves and questions the firm would put before any board, owner, or investment committee that quarter.

“Every board and investment committee operates on a read of conditions. Few write that read down and test it in public,” said Bryan Kaus, founder and principal of 23.5 Strategies. “Strategic Conditions is the firm's read, published on a standing cadence, with one discipline underneath it: distinguish what the cycle gives from what the structure will keep.”

The inaugural report examines the AI capital cycle as a credit story in formation, power as the binding constraint of the digital economy, downstream energy equities pricing peak margins as permanent, and the structural reset underway in global chemicals. The full report is available on the firm's research platform.
