High-stakes Stakeholder Engagement

Multi-State Energy Infrastructure Sponsor (Anonymized)

A permit-critical stakeholder engagement and digital grassroots program designed to build coalition support, protect narrative integrity, and execute through high-stakes milestones for a U.S. multi-state corridor project. The sponsor company faced fragmented stakeholder expectations, elevated safety and environmental scrutiny, and organized opposition amplified through modern digital advocacy channels.

We led the design and execution of a disciplined operating system spanning stakeholder intelligence, a Promote-Respond-Counterweight campaign model, and a digital advocacy Action Center that enabled supporter recruitment, lifecycle communications, and scalable mobilization. The program integrated permitting and public affairs workstreams (e.g., NEPA and Clean Water Act processes, pipeline safety expectations, state environmental and siting reviews, and local/tribal engagement) with rapid response protocols and third-party validator activation.

What this demonstrates: how we turn complex stakeholder environments into a measurable, execution-forward engagement system that supports schedule protection, decision-maker confidence, and sustained social license.

Focus areas: Stakeholder intelligence • Coalition architecture • Action Center and CRM-based mobilization • Lifecycle communications (email/SMS) • Issue management and rapid response • Third-party validators and partner toolkits • Governance, compliance, and measurement
